Matt: Director, Recruiter, Independent schools consultant: having spent the early years of his career working in recruitment and managing a busy Bristol recruitment agency, Matt then moved into teaching, rising to director of sport followed by five years as Deputy Head at the 280 pupil Downs Preparatory School in Wraxall just outside Bristol. With a young family and wanting to experience life abroad Matt then moved to Prep School Head of Geography at xxx pupil Rugby School in Thailand.
Sue: Recruiter, Early Years Consultant: Head of Operations for Ashgrove Park and Clyde House Day Nurseries in Bristol. With 30 years working at a senior level in the private nursery sector Sue has seen it all. Starting as a nursery practitioner and qualified to Level 5, Sue is responsible for the day to day running of both nursery settings and is the oil that makes the machine work! Sue has a great talent for picking candidates that last the distance and the long-tenure team at Ashgrove and Clyde is testament to that. Sue is well networked across the Bristol Early Years sector and a key member of the local National Day Nurseries Association board.
Lisa: Business and Marketing Director: Lisa moved into the education sector 6 years ago as Director of Ashgrove Park and Clyde House nurseries. Previously working in director level marketing and communications roles in London and Bristol managing teams large and small, Lisa understands the power of a good reputation on the bottom line. Lisa has also served on Bristol youth charities and co-founded a successful sustainable money website.
Charlie is learning a lot at Clyde House. Yesterday he was counting his jumps on the trampoline in Spanish and then showing me down dog yoga pose! All the staff in the baby room have really taken the time to work out what makes Josh tick o they have been able to help him settle, ensure he is happy and give him wonderful personalised learning experiences.
